1. Coverage
We deliver throughout the United Arab Emirates Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah and Fujairah from our base at Dubai Investment Park II.
Deliveries into free zones, restricted-access developments, ports and airside areas can be arranged where gate passes and permits are provided by you in advance. Export shipments outside the UAE are quoted case by case.
2. Lead times
- Stock items typically dispatched within 1–3 working days of a confirmed order.
- Indent and made-to-order items the lead time stated on your quotation, which is confirmed again at order confirmation.
- Large or phased packages scheduled against your programme and released in agreed drops.
Lead times are working-day estimates given in good faith, running from the date your order is confirmed in writing and, where payment in advance applies, from the date funds are cleared. They are not guaranteed delivery dates, and we are not liable for delay caused by shipping, customs, manufacturer shutdown, weather or events outside our reasonable control.
3. Delivery charges
- Prices are ex-works our Dubai facility unless the quotation states a delivered price.
- Where delivery is charged, the cost depends on the destination emirate, the vehicle required, the volume or weight and any access restrictions. It is shown as a separate line on your quotation.
- Deliveries requiring a crane, forklift, manlift, night access or an out-of-hours window are quoted separately.
- Waiting time beyond the free unloading period allowed on your quotation may be charged at the rate stated there.
4. Site conditions and offloading
Unless we have quoted for offloading, offloading is the responsibility of the receiving site. You must provide:
- Safe, legal vehicle access suitable for the size of truck required, and somewhere to stand while unloading.
- Labour, forklift or crane capacity appropriate to the material, available at the booked slot.
- Any gate pass, site induction, permit or escort needed for our driver to enter.
- A named person authorised to receive the goods and sign the delivery note.
If a delivery cannot be completed because access, labour or a receiver is not available, a re-delivery charge and any abortive-trip cost may apply.
5. Delivery windows
Deliveries run Saturday to Thursday, 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Friday, public holiday and night deliveries can be arranged in advance where the destination allows them, and may carry an additional charge.
6. Inspection on receipt
Please check the delivery before signing. Count the quantity, check the item and finish against the delivery note, and inspect packaging for damage.
- Any shortage, breakage, damage or incorrect item must be recorded on the delivery note at the time of receipt, and reported to us within 3 working days.
- A clean signed delivery note is taken as confirmation that the goods were received complete and in good order.
- Photographs of any damage, taken before the material is moved, help us settle a claim quickly with the carrier or manufacturer.
How we handle damaged or incorrect goods after that point is set out in our Return & Warranty Policy.
7. Collection
You are welcome to collect from our Dubai facility by prior arrangement during working hours. Please confirm the collection slot in advance and bring the order reference. Risk in the goods passes to you on collection.
8. Storage
Where you ask us to hold confirmed and paid material beyond the agreed delivery date, we will do so where space allows. Storage beyond a reasonable period may be charged, and the material remains at your risk once it has been invoiced and made available.
9. Title and risk
Risk passes to you on delivery to the agreed address, or on collection. Title remains with SPRK until payment for the goods has been received in full in cleared funds. See our Terms & Conditions.
